Yoga4Peace is a 7-week Yoga course that aims to foster a culture of peace through yoga. The course combines the ancient wisdom of Yoga and the theory and knowledge of Peace and Conflict Studies. It supports people to relate with themselves and each other in positive ways.
In this second course, the focus is on relationships! The course is open for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners.
